Refunds
For services via Love 3.0, LiYana Silver and parent company, Aditi Ventures, Inc.
Consultant: LiYana Silver, or an individual under the employ of LiYana Silver, Love 3.0 and/or Aditi Ventures, Inc.
Client/Customer: Any individual, group, company, or agent purchasing services from LiYana Silver, Love 3.0 and/or Aditi Ventures, Inc.
Individual Sessions and Coaching Program Sessions
A full refund of deposits and payments, less a 15% administrative fee, will be given up until 3 weeks prior (21 days and over) to the Session or Program start date. A 50% refund, less a 15% administrative fee, will be given up until 10 days before the Session or Program start date. Less than 10 days before start of Session or Program, no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for sessions previously conducted. Refunds requested during a paid Coaching Program will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of refund request.
Events: including live, in-person workshops, intensives and retreats
A full refund of deposits and payments, less a 15% administrative fee, will be given up until 3 weeks prior (21 days and over) to the Event start date. A 50% refund of deposits and payments, less a 15% administrative fee, will be given up until 10 days before the Event start date. Less than 10 days before start of Event, no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given after Event has begun and has been completed.
In the case that a money-back guarantee has been provided along with the Event, then a full refund, minus a 15% administrative fee, can be given after the Client or customer has participated in the Event, only upon a written request by Client/customer with reasons stated for dissatisfaction and desired refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of refund request.
Digital material / information products
A full refund, minus a 15% administrative fee, will be given up until 30 days after purchase of original material or product. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of refund request.
Tele-Classes; including individual classes and series
A full refund of deposits and payments, less a 15% administrative fee, will be given up until 3 weeks prior (21 days and over) to the Tele-Class start date. A 50% refund of deposits and payments, less a 15% administrative fee, will be given up until 10 days before the Tele-Class start date. Less than 10 days before start of Tele-Class, no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given after Tele-Class has begun and has been completed.
